History & Mission Statement
Kathy Clarke began full destination management services in Maui in 1980. In September 1988, the main office was moved to the Big Island of Hawai’i. With this expansion to service all outer islands, the company name, Kathy Clarke Meetings & Incentives was adopted to capitalize on the excellent industry reputation and existing name recognition of the principal owner. In 1990, Event Production was added to our services in response to client and hotel requests. In 2007, the company elected to improve and broaden branding, focusing more on Events and Theme productions as Kathy Clarke Hawaii.
The company has remained focused by design. A company principal organizes and personally manages every program. Knowledgeable, local staff with Aloha Spirit, and strong control over service provider quality is the company’s operating standard. Flexibility and instant managerial response time on site are key components of our success.
Our focus is on personal attention, creative events, flawless programs and client satisfaction. Our objective is to excel in every area so that “word of mouth” recommendations continue to provide new business opportunities as they have done for 33 years.
